Strength 1: Back Squat 1 RM
Strength 2: Sotts Press 5 x 5 (these are hard go light to start)
Sotts Press
Technique 1: Snatch Balance 5 x 3 60% max Snatch
Technique 2: Snatch High Pull 8 x 1 100% max snatch
Snatch High Pull
Technique 3: 3 Position Pause Snatch 8 x 1 65% of max snatch (pause for two count at 2" off ground, then just below knee, then mid hang then complete snatch)
Accessory: GHD Sit Ups 4 x 15
DB Triceps Ext 3 x 10 heavy as possible

Only did 2x10 GHD bc it was after the wod and my head was killin me
