Day 2:

Strength: Dimmel Deadlift 4 x 10 70%

Strength: Bench Press 4 x 8 HAP

Strength: Strict Ring Dips 4 x Max 2 Min rest

Strength: Single Leg Lunges 4 x 10 ea

Traveling right now the hotel had a small barbell and DBs so I did the best I could

DB row 4x10@ 25
Dimmel DL 4x10@165

Front squat 6x4@ 120
Lunges front rack 4x5 @ 85

DB bench 4x8@ 35,40
