Day 2:

Strength 1: High Hang Power Snatch 8 x 1 40%

Strength 2: Hang Squat Snatch  7 x 2 70%

Strength 3: Snatch Pulls 10 x 1 110%

Strength 4: DB Shoulder Press 4 x 10 Heavy As Possible

Accessory: L hang Holds 2 min total
                   Walking Lunges w/ 65# overhead 8 x 50'

HH power snatch: 4x8 @ 55
Accidentally did hang power snatch instead of squat snatch and I ripped my hand so I just did singles 14x1 @ 85#
Snatch pull 10x1 @ 135
