Day 1:

Strength: One Rep Every 90 seconds Snatch 80% 7 times

Strength: Snatch Grip Deadlift 7 x 2 100%

Strength: Push Press 7 x 3 80%

Accessory: Hip Ext 4 x 15
                   Skull Crushers 4 x 10

Day 2:

Strength: One Rep Every 90 seconds Clean and Jerk 80% 7 times

Strength: Overhead Squat 7 x 3 70%

Strength: Strict Pull Ups 40 Total

Accessory: Turkish Get Ups 4 x 10
                  GHD Sit Ups 4 x 15

I will do leftover stuff and squat next week and then I'm traveling so we can start again after I'm back april 20th. Thanks
