Lets Test
Day 1:
Strength 1: 1 RM Clean and Jerk
Strength 2: DB Bench Press 4 x 10
Accessory: Hanging L Holds 2 Mins Total
Db Rows 4 x 10 each Arm
Day 2:
Strength 1: 1 RM Snatch
Strength 2: Deficit Deadlift 5 x 5 75%
Accessory: Glute Ham Raise 4 x 12
Standing DB Press 4 x 10
Labels: 1 rm clean and jerk, 1 rm snatch

Day 1
1RM C&J: 150# (10lbs under PR) got 155 clean 2x but failed jerk. Been told I dip forward. Legs felt good on clean but core does not. Probably bc I've been spotty with core work so I will make sure to get it in now!
DB bench 2x10 @ 30#, 2x10 @ 35#
Max snatch 125# (5# under PR) not bad for after having not eaten 2 days in the hospital
DDL 5x5 @ 175#
