Strength 1: High Hang Clean 5 x 3 50%


Strength 2: Clean Pull 10 x 1 103%


Strength 3: Clean from Box (Bar just above knee) 12 x 1 70%


Strength 4: Jerk Dips 7 x 2 105%


Strength 5: Push Jerk 7 x 3 75%




Day 2:




Strength 1: High Hang Snatch 5 x 3 50%


Strength 2: Snatch Pull 10 x 1 103%


Strength 3: Snatch from Box (Bar just above knee) 12 x 1 70%


Strength 4: Sotts Press 5 x 3 Heavy as Possible


Strength 5: Good Morning 5 x 5 Heavy as Possible

Day 1
HH clean 6x3@85#
Clean pull 10x1@170#
Jerk dips 7x2@170#
Push jerk 7x3 @105# used max push not split jerk when calculating

Didn't do the cleans from box. It's a pain to get the boxes out at Reston and the wod had cleans anyway

Day 2
HH Snatches - the wod today had bunch of hang snatches around same weight so I skipped this
Snatch pull 10x1@135#
Sotts 5x3@55#
Box snatch - I did these from the floor and paused at above knee instead. 12x1@90#
GM 5x5@95#
