Day 1:

Lets set a new baseline

Oly: 1 RM Clean and Jerk

Strength: Back Squat 1 Rm

Strength: DB Shoulder Press 4 x 10

Day 2:

Oly: Snatch 1 RM

Strength: Deadlift 1 Rm

Strength: Push Jerk 7 x 2 80% of C and J Max

155lb BS (25lb off)
20-25lb DB presses 4x10

Did it after the workout I was pretty tired, but I don't think the numbers would have been much higher regardless

115 snatch (15lb under previous) I did 120lb power a couple weeks ago but stuck to squat today.

225 DL (10 lb under)

110lb push jerk 7x2
