Oly: jerk dips 8x1 110%
Oly: split jerk 10x2 80% use blocks
Oly: clean 3x70%, 3x75%, 3x80%, 3x85%
Accessory: GHD sit ups 4x12
Hip ext weighted 4x10

Oly: jerk dips 8x1 110% ✅@ 145lb
Oly: split jerk 10x2 80% use blocks✅@105
Oly: clean 3x70%, 3x75%, 3x80%, 3x85% ✅ I worked these into the clean max workout today, maxed at 145lb (10 more lbs from last week) so I will use that as my max number now
Accessory: GHD sit ups 4x12 ✅😾
Didn't have time for hip extensions today
